Employment Opportunities

Fremont Counseling Service (FCS) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).  We are an at-will employer and our workplace(s) are tobacco-free.

FCS offices are located in mid-western Fremont County, Wyoming. Fremont County is home to some of the best outdoor recreation in the country. Living here provides an unmatched quality of life—friendly communities and great schools, beautiful weather and breathtaking scenery, and no personal/state income tax.  If you like to hike, climb, fish, hunt, bike, ski, or camp you can do it all here - within minutes from your front door.

Fremont Counseling is a CARF-accredited, private nonprofit community mental health center.  We have had the pleasure of serving Fremont County and it's surrounding areas, including the Wind River Indian Reservation, since 1959.

FCS employs 20+ full-time employees between our offices (Lander and Riverton). We pride ourselves on hiring team players that are client-centered, quality-focused, and compliance-oriented. We offer competitive salaries and provide a generous benefit package: employer funded retirement contribution (5% of annual salary), health insurance (employee pays 20% of  medical, dental, or vision premiums), life insurance, long-term disability insurance, professional liability insurance, paid time off, eleven paid holidays, and relocation expense reimbursement ($2,000 max, for qualifying individuals).

Fremont County is a designated healthcare provider shortage area for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).

FCS employees are eligible to apply to participate in their Loan Repayment Program (LRP).
